What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent given explicitly through the acceptance of this privacy policy, as well as the need to comply with your possible relationship with EWS.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

EWS informs that, as a general rule, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation, or prior authorization on your part.

Your data may be communicated to public bodies, judges and courts and, in general, competent authorities, when EWS is legally obliged to provide them.

 

How long will we keep your data?

EWS will keep your personal data only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consent given to that effect, or for the time legally established.

How do we treat your personal data in social networks?

Likewise, EWS informs that through its social networks will be published events, acts, programs or any other type of advertising information about the activities it develops, accepting the user to be the recipient of such information by the mere fact of becoming a “friend” or follower” of EWS in social networks. If the User does not wish to receive this information on his/her social media profiles, he/she should stop following EWS on social media.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

EWS informs you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, limitation of processing and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by contacting EWS postal address indicated in this Privacy Policy, or via e-mail info@everywhereschools.orgindicating the right you wish to exercise and your identification data.

In the event that you consider that your request has not been met in accordance with the provisions contained in the applicable regulations on Data Protection, or there has been an infringement with respect to your personal data may direct the corresponding complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

 

What security measures does EWS adopt for your personal data?

EWS guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided. In order to protect your personal data, EWS informs you that it has implemented and applies the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent their loss, manipulation, dissemination or alteration, always adapting them to the requirements established in the applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.

 

Do you use EWS cookies?

EWS on its own, or through a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when a user browses the www.everywhereschools.org website. Cookies are files sent to the browser by a web server in order to record the user’s activities during browsing time.

All the information obtained through cookies allows the subsequent processing of the data with the purpose of obtaining exclusively statistical measurements in order to know the number of page impressions, visits made to the web services, order of visits, access point, etc.

The cookies used on this website are, in any case, temporary, i.e. they disappear at the end of the session, and are not harmful to the user’s computer. In no case will they be used to collect personal information, so they are not stored on the user’s hard drive and disappear when the user logs out of www.everywhereschools.org.
