We started our collaboration with
WATER NGO
in order to reinforce the educational attention and contribute to the sustainability of this school located in Molo (Kenya). The Shakinah school has more than 200 students and has some infrastructure and maintenance problems.
This school is sustained thanks to the support of Agua ONG, which offers continuous attention for its maintenance and works day by day to achieve the best conditions for all students. Discussions with Agua ONG have allowed us to see that a collaboration between the two entities would be ideal, as EveryWhere Schools can contribute to the school’s self-sustainability and, at the same time, contribute to the educational and pedagogical model.
The main purpose of the collaboration is to develop a sustainable business model that will allow the center not to depend on external support and, in this way, to have a permanent teaching staff.
